During times of grief or problems family, friend and clan support each other. The groups in society help a brother engaging in crime. Development theory: the mental situation that a person has sometimes driven him or her to commit a crime. Study society or a personal way of thinking helps to curb corruption. Anomie theory: a new way of thinking alienates people with wicked thoughts. Social control: gangs on the streets mostly has friend, talking to them and convincing them to join you in starting a respectable business is possible. On the other hand the person might not med his ways and taking him to authorities is the best teacher. In the slams street children needs people to guide them and lean on to avert stealing but also the government should forcefully take them away from streets to home institutions.
